Steve was called to the Supreme Court of British Columbia bar in 2000 after completing his legal studies at the University of Manitoba and his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia. He had previously held a licence for real estate sales in the Province of British Columbia. Steve is our firm’s principal and founder.

He is also registered with the Attorney General of the Province of British Columbia to better serve the many extra-jurisdiction needs of our client’s in other countries. As well, Steve is a Notary Public and a commissioner for oaths for and in the Province of British Columbia.

Steve has acted for a large range of clientele ranging from individuals having very personal needs to large commercial financial institutions having high value security and lending needs. 

For the community, Steve has volunteered his time on many opportunities to do so, such as a guest Moot Court Appellant Judge for the UBC Faculty of Law, a guest on the Modern Lifestyle Program on AM1470, a member of the Business Referral Group 15, a guest speaker with S.U.C.C.E.S.S.: Tri-City Cantonese Women's Group, and a guest speaker with CCM Centre.

林英華律師畢業於加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學心理學系，之後在曼尼托巴大學完成他的法律專業的學習。並於2000年，林英華律師獲得了卑詩省高級法院的大律師資格。此外，林英華律師還持有卑詩省的地產經紀人牌照。林英華律師是本公司的負責人和創辦人。

林英華律師還在卑詩省的總法務官處作了註冊律師的登記，以便更好地適應公司客戶在其它國家的、本轄區外的文書需求。此外，他還擁有卑詩省公証人和監誓人的資格，可為客戶做文書公證或宣誓。

林英華律師具備豐富的客戶經驗，他曾經服務過的客戶群包括有具體私人需求的個人，以及有高額抵押和借貸需求的大型商業金融機構。

林英華律師經常熱心投入社區義務服務，其中包括為卑詩大學法學院擔任Moot Court Appellant的法官嘉賓、擔任Modern Lifestyle Program 於AM1470的嘉賓、Business Referral Group 15的成員、擔任中橋互助會Tri-City廣東婦女協會的演講嘉賓、以及擔任中信中心的演講嘉賓。他還在各種粵語和英文的研討會中擔任主講。
