We have served builders and owner-builders in residential constructions. As well, we provide services to address other land title needs, such as transfers, corrections, and discharges among other matters.

Our firm provides services in this area from estate planning (such as will drafting, power of attorney, representation agreements or trusts) to probate and administration (such as the application for estate grant from the courts, guidance on the personal representative’s responsibilities, collecting the estate’s assets, and final distribution of the estate).
